Our Green Building Commitment

Our promise is to continue leading the way in sustainable practices. We are dedicated to ongoing improvement and proactive engagement with our stakeholders to meet environmental challenges head-on. By integrating sustainability into our core values, we strive to not only meet today’s needs but also secure a thriving, sustainable world for generations to come.

Sustainable Materials

Fabrix

Fabrix™ is a fabric system that uses proprietary polymer tracks to construct acoustic panels. Our materials are carefully sourced, recyclable, and completely free of VOCs.

Timberix

Timberix™ panels reduce echo by diffusing sound with their grooved and perforated surfaces. They are crafted from eco-friendly MDF and are low in volatile organic compounds (VOCs).

Polyx

To bring a second life to plastic bottles, we make use of used plastic bottles to produce Polyx™ polyester panels. These panels are a sustainable acoustic solution made from 100% PET.

Alüm

Aluminium ceiling system consist of aluminium tiles, baffles, or mesh, that are suspended from a metal grid framework. Aluminum can be recycled indefinitely without losing its quality, which contributes significantly to the circular economy

Ljuds

Ljuds™ is a sustainable and recyclable acoustic material made of wood wool, cement, and water. Its natural ingredients combine to offer a range of functional properties. The panels are environmentally friendly and formaldehyde free.

Ligkt

Ligkt™ is a non-flammable stretch ceiling secured by aluminium tracks. The membrane is recyclable, emits no CFCs or HCFCs, and is manufactured without cadmium.

Cellyx

Polyurethane and melamine acoustic foams, which help reduce echoes and reverberations, are designed to minimise environmental impact by producing lower chemical emissions during production.

Fabrix Magnetic

Fabrix™ Magnetic uses a neodymium magnetic system that is compatible with most Fabrix tracks. Our materials are carefully sourced, recyclable, and completely free of VOCs.

LEED Projects

Changi Airport Terminal 2 attained the prestigious BCA Green Mark Platinum certification, Singapore’s highest tier under its national green building rating system, which aligns closely with global sustainability benchmarks such as the LEED rating system by the USGBC council. The transformation was led by BOIFFILS Architectures as the design architect, with RSP Architects Planners & Engineers as associate architect, integrating high energy efficiency, sustainable sites, and holistic environmental design throughout the terminal’s design and construction and refined interior design, reflecting international green building principles across complex airport building types.

LEED Certification

The LEED certification framework under the LEED rating system and USGBC council sets rigorous standards for energy efficiency, low VOC emissions, indoor air quality, and acoustic performance across modern building types. Guided by proven green building principles and a structured certification process, projects designed under LEED v5 emphasize high-performance interior design, sound control for improved acoustics, and long-term sustainable design. From design and construction to final operation, every LEED project is measured against clearly defined certification levels within a globally trusted green building rating system.

Acoustics Performance

Sound absorption supports LEED certification by improving acoustics, indoor comfort, and air quality through low-VOC materials, aligning with green building principles, interior design performance, and energy efficiency targets under the LEED rating system.

LEED

Leed V5

LEED certification by the USGBC council sits alongside global green building authorities such as BCA Green Mark, BREEAM, and WELL, collectively shaping modern green building rating systems, certification levels, and sustainable design standards worldwide.
